Swipeable product cards on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, to one chat or to everyone who messaged in the last 24 hours.
Steps
To send to one chat, open it, press +, then Product carousel. Pick the products, add an optional message, choose the button and press Send.
To send to many people, open Send, Product carousels. Choose WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, and optionally a tag. The page shows how many people can receive it now.
Pick products one by one, choose a category, or send the newest. You can also add a card by hand with a title, a price line, a picture link and a page link.
Write the message above the cards. {name} becomes the customer's first name.
Choose the button: open the product page, or a reply button that tells you which product the customer wants.
To reuse it, type a template name and press Save as template. Next time pick the template from the list at the top and press Send.
Press Send now. Sending continues in the background even if you close the page, and the list at the bottom shows how many were sent.
Good to knowThese are free-form messages, so they only reach people who messaged you in the last 24 hours. For everyone else use an approved carousel template from Campaigns.On WhatsApp they count as service messages: 1,000 free each month per number.WhatsApp needs 2 to 10 cards. Instagram and Messenger allow 1 to 10.Give products a category on the Catalog page (a box on each product) to send a whole category in one go.Messenger and Instagram broadcasts also let you save a text and picture as a template.
