Send orders, carts and delivery updates from a hand-built site and let Klickkonnect send the WhatsApp messages.
Steps
Open Commerce, Store, Setup, add a store and choose Custom.
Copy the webhook address (https://www.klickkonnect.com/app/ecom.php?s=STORE_TOKEN), then save a webhook secret and your default country code.
Under Order messages press Create default templates, wait for Meta to approve them, and switch on the messages you want.
From your site, POST JSON to the webhook with the header X-Klickkonnect-Event (order.created, order.paid, order.shipped, order.out_for_delivery, order.delivered, order.cancelled, order.refunded, cart.abandoned, cart.completed) and the secret in X-Klickkonnect-Secret.
Always send id and phone. Add number, name, total, currency, payment_method (cod for cash on delivery), items and, for shipped, a tracking_url.
Test with your own phone number: send order.created, then order.shipped and order.delivered. A wrong secret must answer 401 and save nothing.
